Job description

QUALITY DEPARTMENT

POSITION: QS MANAGER CUSTOMER

Main Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for monitoring Q-data, development and implementation of corrective measures when deviations occur according to procedures, requirements and target setting as per management decision and Quality Management System of Kromberg & Schubert.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Industrial Engineering Degree or any other relevant field.
  • Three (3) years post qualification experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience in Technical Documentation and Change Management for Industrial Products.
  • Knowledge of Ishikawa, FTA, 5 W-Analysis, 8 D-Report; FMEA
  • Knowledge of Q-Data system
  • Good knowledge of statistics (QRK, Pareto and Capability Testing)
  • Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
  • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Coordination and training of Quality Assurance Shift supervisors,processing customer claims, definition and monitoring of actions after customer visits and or audits, drawing up FMEA/KPV as per K & S Quality standards.
  • Make recommendations on improving quality best practices within the organization.
  • All reasonable measures to ensure workplace safety and security of property and personnel.
  • Represents the plant at customer and suppliers in Quality matters.
  • Evaluating the FB-Team actions.
