BAKERY ADMIN & SALES LEAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Group Sales and Marketing Executive, you will have the responsibility to ensure correct and timeous input of daily stock counts, returns and daily sales figures in the system and provide a reconciliation report to the management

  • Collaborating with the Bakery Sales Manager, Sales& Marketing Administrator, Drivers, Bakery Sales Supervisors and production Manager
  • Helping identity marketing trends and key opportunities for the bakery division
  • Providing Administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Administrator
  • Creating monthly bakery sales reports
  • Analyzing driver routes, fuel usage and optimization of routes
  • Bakery personnel and drivers personal expense reconciliations and supporting document review
  • Contribute to stock take activities to ensure accurate reconciliation of stocks and figures
  • Prepares performance monitoring reports for the Sales & Marketing Managers as required
  • Control and monitor returns from customers
  • Generate processes and Ideas to improve internal and external communications
  • Liaise with customers to ensure that deliveries are done as per order to avoid unnecessary returns and credit notes
  • Minimize pricing claims by ensuring correct pricing is used on orders and invoicing
  • Participate actively in the implementation of ISO and Kaizen programs in order to contribute to company compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
  • Undertakes the related duties as may be required by the Company

EXPERIENCE , KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a large FMCG Company. Computer skills are essential including competency in Microsoft application Excel and Outlook. Knowledge on SAGE will be an advantage
