Branch Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of full service branch office
- Oversee the provision of a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
- Responsible for ensuring effective adherence to established Bank policies and procedures and industry regulations and best practices by the Branch personnel
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients including negotiating deposit and lending interest rates with high net worth individual and institutional clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Main purpose of the Job
To plan and manage the provision of services in the branch to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Banking or related field. Relevant professional qualification and membership of an accredited body.
- Associate membership of Botswana Institute of Bankers.
- At least five (5) years post qualification experience in client services environment of which three (3) should have been in a bank branch.
