Campaign Manager
Qualifications
▪ A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or four-year related degree
Experience:
▪ A minimum of 5 - 8 years Campaign/Operational Analysis experience preferable both with aid of a campaign management system and without
▪ 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Management Support role function
▪ 1 to 3 years’ experience in Analytics and being able to portray a worthy storyline from the analyzed data and information to management
▪ Very strong PowerPoint Skills
▪ Very strong Excel Skills
▪ SQL skills preferable
▪ Ability to draw links and interrogate data
▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Purpose of the Position
▪ To lead the Campaign and Operational campaigns, through performance analysis in order to enable conception, execution and measurement of campaigns across the customer life cycle.
▪ To provide key insights into the performance of initiatives and impact on key KPIs such as churn, retention and sales.
Key Performance Objectives
Stakeholder Management and Communication
▪ Liaise with key counterparts and stakeholders in other areas like BI and Regional Business partnering to ensure that the appropriate data is available to enable campaigns, provide sizing of opportunities and make visible any potential considerations or threats to successful execution.
▪ Build and maintain sound relationship with regulatory, legal and administration to ensure compliance with external requirements
▪ Prepare and produce communication briefs outlining the communication strategy and supervision of execution from agencies, with the support of the marketing team
▪ Campaign Management
▪ Leverage on insights and research to conceptualize, design, implement, launch, communicate and renew structural ATL platforms
▪ Ongoing business scouting on potential new ideas to introduce to the platforms, as well as third party suppliers and synergies with internal projects and SA
▪ Create of business cases to back up the business initiatives
▪ Supervise technical execution of the required changes across the regions
▪ Develop BLT Campaign Strategy and ensure execution thereof
▪ Facilitate the competitor Analysis process
▪ Conduct Market Trend Analysis and produce reports thereafter
▪ Ensure the development of BLT Campaign List
