Client Relations Assistant X 2 (3 Month Fixed Contract)
Reporting directly to the Client Support Coordinator, the incumbent will be required to: Receive and resolve queries and inquiries from Service Providers, Scheme members and Stakeholders; issue confirmations and authorizations for medical procedures in accordance with scheme rules and benefit limits.
- Assess, resolves queries and provide feedback to medical aid scheme members and service providers within set turnaround times.
- Prepares requests for expedited claims processing and payments
- Prepares and submits motivations for escalated medical requests and services for Management consideration and approval
- A Health Related Diploma
- At least (2) years’ experience in a business / health environment
