Facilities and Administration Manager

Job Summary

Manages physical institutional operations including all buildings and grounds, utilities, safety/security systems in order to provide a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for students and staff. The incumbent is responsible for the scheduling and supervision of maintenance and repair activities, contracted services, and custodial services, and ensuring that the physical operation of the Institution meets budgetary and strategic objectives

Qualifications

A Degree in Facilities Management or related. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage

Experience

A minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role for a medium or large organization
