Staffwise is a boutique HR consulting company providing recruitment, selection, RPO and labour brokering expertise to its clients. Since its inception 8 years ago the company has grown to become a recognised player in the market through providing excellent service and responsiveness to market needs.
Decisively take charge of the business by crafting a strategy, designing the “how to” of it all and then, through passion, breathe life into it. KPIs include:
- Head up search projects
- Be the face of the company in the market, bringing in business, developing & nurturing high level relationships
- Oversee the contract brokering divisions (a strategic growth area for the business), with P&L responsibility and ownership of sales and ops
- Special projects - responsibility for scoping and building our Statement of Work
- Lead a small team to whom you will significantly contribute as you look after your own clients.
It calls for a professional with at least 8 years business experience with a sales focus who understands the HR territory, recruitment specifically, and what the market needs. Experience of providing a professional and innovative recruitment service within a highly competitive environment will be desirable but in the absence of that we will look at candidates with drive for results, passionate about work, resourcefulness, integrity and a determination to succeed. You must be ready for a GM role as you will be expected to work confidently with autonomy.
