Human Resources Intern

Job description

To learn and implement Lion Tutoring HR practices in the organisation. The HR intern will learn and implement recruitment, orientation of incoming staff, leave planning, payroll, conflict resolution, among others.

  • Conduct disciplinary actions.
  • Update policies.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Conduct benefit analysis.
  • The HR intern will also perform Admin related tasks as required by Line Manager.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources from a reputable Institution. Other Degrees will be considered if industry experience is met.

Atleast 1 year industry experience.

Own car will be an advantage (However we will accept candidates without one).
