Junior Consultant - Recruitment
Job description
We are looking for a Junior Consultant to assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business.You'll attract candidates,screen them and match them to appropriate positions.Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.
- Taking briefs and understanding client's requirements
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Agreeing on suitable recruitment strategies with clients
- Developing advertising material
- Making arrangements for the advertisements of vacancies
- Sourcing candidates using our internal database,social media etc.(LinkedIn)
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Screening candidate and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
- Facilitating logistical arrangement for interviews on behalf of clients
- Facilitating and finalising agreements between candidate and employer
- Writing interview reports
- Ensuring the CRM system is up to date with client's information
- Find clients and foster long-term relationships
Requirements
- Sales/Customer service/administration
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Well-organized
- Ability to work with targets
- Sound judgement
Education
- Bachelor's degree social sciences/Human Resources or equivalent
Experience
- 3 years' work experience Customer Service/Sales/Administration
- Training and induction in recruitment consulting shall be provided
