Retail Office Administrator
Job description
Overall responsible for supporting the Retail Department with administrative duties. Responsible for Retail customer service implementation and liaison with business support partners, supply efficiencies and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking and retention of IFuelGaurd customer base.
- Customer research and profiling.
- Provide POS super user support for Territory Managers.
- Assist with customer value proposition offer roll out.
- Coordinate retail sites activations.
- Invoicing, Data capturing and documentation maintenance.
- Provide first line resolution to Retail customers.
Requirements
Competencies:
- Few customer queries.

Timely sales reconciliation.

Proper document handling.

Accuracy of information – input and output.
Skills:
- Excellent customer services
- Advanced analytical and logical thinking.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver quality presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of knowledge and proficiency in computerised systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time management and organisational skills
- Proven planning skills
