Shift Leader

Key Responsibility Areas

Responsible for achieving the budget- and FC- figures
Ensure time, cost and Quality targets for the assigned projects are met
Conform to technical and organisational process standards in Production
Report deviations on the condition of equipment handed over to the project team to mainatenance and ensure that these deviations are eliminated
Improve technical and organisational processes within production in coordination with other departments
Functional and disciplinary management of assigned staff
Assist in the planning and adapting of production resources in accordance with Logistics requirements
Be responsible for release of production planning in datacube and the production-relevant key figures in budget/FC
Be responsible for the compliance of function tasks and their processing
Encourage all levels to independent improvement in accordance of introduced standards
Represent Production Department in team meetings
Establish Training Level and Requirements of Production Department Personnel and arrange / conduct required training in some cases
Establish multi-skilling to enable Capacity Flexibility, Personnel Promotion and Development and functional Deputy Structures for Stability

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a middle management role
Leadership/Management Skills
Proficiency in English
MS Office
Krosy
Numeracy
