Theater And Stock Controller
The Theater Stock Controller is a position in Pharmacy based in Theater. The main function of this position is to support the available resources and improve the effectiveness of the procurement process and stock control at Operating Theater
Key Work Out And Accountabilities
- Understanding and maintaining inventory control processes in compliance with procurement policies.
- Ensuring safe and secure storage of stock
- Minimizing dead stock and stock expires
- Setting up par levels for stock and continually reviews them
Timely generation of purchase order for Operating Theatre per usage
Maintaining records for all stock transactions; transfers, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipt notes
Ensuring Theatre cycle counts are done weekly and stock take quarterly
Taking accountability of stock losses
Diploma in Procurement and Supply
Possession of a relevant professional qualification and/or experience in Purchasing and Inventory management.
Possession of relevant IT skills , MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding working environment with a lot of business activities.
Willingness to learn, adapt and improve and being initiative.
Good work ethics, paying attention to detail to promote efficiency and productivity.
Experience of SAP systems or knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
